Volunteer Board of DirectorsDDO Synchro is a not-for-profit artistic swimming club governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our Board members are dedicated volunteers who donate their time and expertise to provide strategic leadership, financial oversight, and sound governance, ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of the Club.
The Board is responsible for setting the Club's vision and policies, overseeing its finances, and supporting a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for our athletes, coaches, and families. While the Board provides governance and oversight, the day-to-day operation of the Club is carried out by our coaching and administrative staff.
Today, DDO Synchro proudly serves more than 100 athletes across all levels of artistic swimming and employs dozens of coaches and staff who deliver high-quality programming throughout the season. As a not-for-profit organization, all revenues are reinvested into our athletes, programs, coaching, and Club operations.
Our Board members are passionate parents and community leaders who work behind the scenes to ensure that DDO Synchro continues to thrive for current and future generations of athletes. We are grateful for their commitment and the many volunteer hours they contribute each year.
